Sidas insoles are an excellent addition to your ski boots, new or old. The stock insole that came with your boot is likely just a piece of foam which provides some mild cushioning, but lacks support in crucial areas.

The 3Feet® Eco Winter Mid insole is designed for skiing, with an anatomical and ecological approach adapted to medium arches. Thanks to the 3Feet® concept developed by Sidas, each type of arch has its own level of support. For medium arches, this insole incorporates an EVA shell for stability and support, ideal for optimising body alignment.

The woven polyester mesh cover and partially recycled Evamic Insulated foam (20%) provide durable thermal insulation to protect your feet from the cold, while integrating easily into ski boots.

In an eco-responsible approach, this insole is manufactured with respect for the environment, with a carbon footprint reduced to around 1.75 kg of CO2. For every insole sold, one euro is donated to the Sidas World Foundation to support the regeneration of ecosystems.

• Trim the Sidas insole using the original insole as a template.

• Washing with soap and brush only.
