Cross Country Ski Boot Insoles
Check out our selection of insoles and footbeds for cross country ski boots. You might be asking yourself "Why do I need insoles? My boots came with them!". The ski brands we carry make excellent boots, but their insoles are often very basic and don't cater to your specific needs to ensure maximum comfort and performance while skiing. This small addition can have a huge impact on your skiing experience.
How Do I Choose the Right Insoles?
We have two main styles of insoles to choose from: Nordic 3D Insoles and 3Feet Winter Insoles
If you want to maximise your skiing performance and you know you have a fairly average (mid) arch, you'll want to go with the Nordic 3D Insoles.
The 3Feet Winter Insoles are available in Low, Mid, and High arch versions to suit all feet and provide optimal comfort. They also feature an aluminium film for extra insulation and warmth.
Sizing and Fitting Your New Insoles
Sizing is easy, just check EUR size in your boots and see where that lines up on the chart below. To fit them into your boots, remove the old insole and lay it on top of your new Sidas insoles, then just trim the excess to match the original insole, slide it into your boot, and you're good to go!
Insole Size | Boot Size (EUR) |
XS | 35-36 |
S | 37-38 |
M | 39-41 |
L | 42-43 |
XL | 44-45 |
XXL | 46-48 |
How Do I Find My Arch Height?
The easiest way to do this at home is to wet the bottoms of your feet and then stand on paper or cardboard. Take a look at the imprint and compare it to the images below to find out which insole arch height you should choose.
